The
ATV Rider's course is a hands-on
5 1/2 to 7 hour training
program operated by Canada Safety Council
certified instructors
http://www.safety-council.org/info/sport/atv.html.
On a closed
course and under constant supervision the
rider will learn about and practice
techniques for the safe operation of ATV’s.
Class sizes are limited in order to provide
each student with personal attention and a
safe learning environment.
The curriculum,
which is based on field-tested techniques,
provides a fun and orderly way to learn
proper ATV operation. The rider learns about
controls, reading terrain, turning, climbing
hills and crossing obstacles. The majority
of the lessons require the student to be
operating the machine, so come prepared to
ride.
Special
courses can be arranged for clubs,
organizations, birthday parties and other
groups. Call to set up a course for your
group.
